Join Leeds based artist and educator Daisie Jacobs to create unique cyanotype prints from photographs, developed using UV light and sunlight. You will create a series of prints from your own photographs, whether portraits, landscapes, still life compositions of abstract designs.
Through the mediums of moving image and photography, Jacobs explores the physical human form, the obscured, and the less frequented underside of life. She is currently an artist-in-residence at the Northern Sustainable Darkroom, where she is exploring alternative photographic processes and undertaking research into waste reduction in analogue photography using fungi. Jacobs was winner of The Hepworth Wakefield Print Fair Prize in 2022.
